Pet policy: cats allowed, all dogs allowed. Pets must share the yard with 2 of my dogs. I personally have 2 indoor cats, who regularly escape, because the dogs leave the door open! I am not kidding! LOL I will need proof of vaccinations for each pet. Appliances at the property include gas range, exhaust hood, 4 burner gas stove top with oven, garbage disposal, heated flooring in the bathroom, as well as a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, the property includes the following features: solar panels, patio and complete yard usage. We do not do anything in the back yard. Our dogs do need to use the yard but we do not. Thus, you will have complete yard access and the opportunity to add a firepit and your own garden. With prior consent, you can also build your own shed for additional storage. You also have your own gate and path for entrance and exit, as well as your own patio. We will NEVER use the patio. You do not have to even see us. You could potentially avoid us for years! Isn't that great? The renter will pay $150 for all utilities: water, gas, electric, Internet & trash. This will be paid monthly, separately from the rent. Pet deposits and rent as appropriate. The property has forced air heating and central cooling, as well as a heat producing fireplace and underfloor radiant heating in the bathroom. You set the temperture! Showings will be available starting Apr 16, 2024. The preferred lease start date is Jun 1, 2024 and the preferred lease duration is 1 year. Please call me at your leisure. Standard deposit is one month of rent (subject to increase based on credit score). For each pet, there is a refundable security deposit of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
