Our home is conveniently located between Los Angeles and in route to Orange County! ~Ten (10) minutes to Downtown Los Angeles / ~Twenty (20) minutes to Orange County. Very accessible to Freeways 5, 710 and 60. Near East LA College, Cal-State LA, USC. Details of the Contract: Month to month contract (you can leave after giving 1 month notice in advance). 1st Month Rent + 2 Months Deposit + Cleaning Fee needed to Move-In. Small pets are allowed and there would be an additional deposit for pets. Utilities (High-Speed Cable Internet, Water, Electricity and Gas) are not included in the monthly rent and will be charged separately.
