Bedroom C - Enjoy your own private bedroom with a standard size closet and a roomy shared bath right outside your bedroom. Your shared bathroom includes two sinks so you have your own sink, as well as a walk-in shower. You are also welcome to a space in the shared co-working area. Rent is $850 and includes all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces (not private bedroom). Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request with matching security deposit. Renter responsible for rental insurance and Security deposit is half of rent.
