The third room is 11'x11' with shared bath, unfurnished. Monthly rent is $900. The preferred lease start date is July 1, 2024, for a 6 month or year lease. Utilities will be split among house mates and is not included in the monthly rent. We prefer new housemate(s) to be a working professional or student, respectful and friendly, cleans after themselves, and a good communicator. The two existing housemates are both respectful, friendly, and clean. Both are working professionals who are usually not home during working hours during the week. The home is well maintained with amenities including renovated common area and appliances (including living room, dining room, and kitchen), central air conditioning and heating, installed water softener and purifier, and in-home washer and dryer. The home is located minutes from local freeways and central to the San Diego area. Background and credit checks, as well as prior references will be required before signing a lease agreement.
