Pre-Qualification:
-Good credit, 725+ credit score
-Employment history required. Verifiable income (pay stubs, bank statement etc). Gross verified income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
-Limited in size (610sf), so one or two tenants is ideal.
-Military welcome.
-Tenant is responsible for utilities: gas, water, electric, cable TV, internet, trash and renter's insurance.
-Drug-free. Smoke-free.
-Seeking good quality tenant, friendly, respectful, clean, and responsible (no drama please).
