We are accustomed to grad-students & post-docs, so don't worry too much about simply having a lack of credit. We're located at 13th & Illinois and are super convenient (one minute walk) to the new Starbucks, Methodist Hospital, IU Health, the HUGE new hospital, IU Indianapolis, and fast food, Kroger grocery and two drug stores are just a short walk away. In front, we have new dedicated bike lanes which makes biking all over downtown safe and convenient, plus, we are one block away from the new Red Line. Surprisingly, heat, hot water and cooking are fueled by natural gas which is an already an INCLUDED amenity. Tenants only pay water and electric, which are appropriately $30 each, year round. Each studio comes pre-wired & ready for LIGHTNING fast AT&T fiber optic internet. Our lovely laundry center has beautiful, clean, new front-loading Whirlpool equipment, folding tables, air drying racks, even a complimentary iron/ironing board. Storage units are also available. This incredible value is almost too good to be true. Management and award-winning maintenance are always eager to serve our tenants and our community, and our great reviews & ratings reflect that heartfelt daily effort. Our cat-friendly building is quiet, without dogs or children, and offers the super convenient option of reserved & secured parking.
