All utilities transferred into tenants name before move in and will be verified that utilities are in the LEASE HOLDERS NAME including trash service. Lawn care is maintained by Owner. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Common parking in back - NO ASSIGNED Parking. Section 8 must have a 2 bedroom voucher with KCK Housing Authority to be accepted. NO 1 bedroom vouchers. We will require tenants who will take care of the property and treat and care for the property as their own. 1 year minimum lease required. Small dog MAY be considered with a $25.00 monthly pet rent and pet screening.
