The bottom floor is a large garage with ample room for parking 1 car with bikes/ activities/ storage/ flex space. There are two bikes on the property (one is a 3 wheel). Also in the garage also has grill available to bring out. The garage also boasts another full sized refrigerator and deep freezer. The side yard includes an outdoor shower and small fenced in yard. The drive way that can fit up to 3 cars. The property also includes a generator in case of power outage, you will not be without power.
