For those looking for more space, our large two bedroom apartments are available without or with a balcony at $950 and $1000 per month respectively. To qualify, a total gross monthly income of $2800 is required, and the security deposit remains equal to one month's rent. To apply, there is a $35.00 application fee per adult, which must be paid in the form of a money order. Each adult applicant must provide a copy of a photo ID, social security card, and the last two consecutive pay stubs as proof of income. Please note that certain criteria will result in an automatic denial of your application, including prior eviction, felony on your criminal record, recent repossession, falsified information on your application, an open bankruptcy, or negative rental history. Upon approval, a non-refundable hold fee equal to one month's rent is required to secure your chosen apartment. This fee will be applied towards your move-in costs.
