Home amenities include: trash and recycling curbside pick-ups, central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, storage shed, large yard, fire pit, boats are allowed in the yard, plenty of off-street parking, 2 common areas, public swimming pool, 2 public playgrounds, dog park, patio, outside dining table, grill, and covered front porch.
