Enjoy all the comforts of home in this furnished property, located conveniently in Mount Pleasant between Downtown Charleston and the beaches at Sullivans Island or Isle of Palms. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous Charleston weather in the spacious backyard and make use of the grill or fire pit! This home is in walking/biking distance to Sullivans Island, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, restaurants and more. Reserve your stay today at The Bungalow- 1121 Island View Drive! Enter the front door into the open and inviting space. You are first greeted with the dining area featuring a large dining table perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family meal. The dining table can seat up to eight people. Just beyond the dining room is the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of cabinet storage. You will also find a dry bar with a separate beverage and wine fridge. There is an adorable seating nook beside the kitchen which makes the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee! There is also a desk in this space to accommodate all of your work from home needs! Just beyond the kitchen and dining areas is the living room. This spacious and light filled space makes the perfect gathering spot for the whole family. The large couch provides plenty of comfortable seating and is a great spot to relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV. There is a sliding door leading from the living room to the gorgeous backyard! The backyard has been thoughtfully landscaped and features a patio with a dining table with seating for eight, a gas grill, a fire pit, and even an outdoor shower! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all located off of a hallway on the right side of the home. In the Master you will find a comfortable king size bed, closet for hanging storage, and an en suite bathroom. The two other guest rooms share a bathroom accessed from the hallway. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the other double size bunk beds! Plenty of parking is available in the driveway in front of the home! NO PETS ALLOWED Please keep in mind there is construction going on in the neighborhood. Duvet Homes will not be responsible or provide refunds for any interruptions due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. construction, noise from neighbors, etc.) during your stay. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
