Applicants on a publicly available list of offenders who are required to publish their address will be denied. *Rental history: Your application may be rejected if you have a previous eviction, default in lease agreement, late rental payment, owe any money to another housing provider, or have a negative reference from a previous occupancy. *Income requirements: Income must be at least three times the monthly rent. *Credit history: A credit check is required for all applicants. Your application may be rejected if you have past due balances, derogatory marks, or a poor credit score/history. *Employment requirements: Employment history should show that the applicant has been employed with their current provider for at least 6 months. Applicant can also qualify if they were employed with their previous employer for at least 6 months.
