Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,500.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $700 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. $100/ month extra for an additional person. - Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
