We are looking for a year long renter starting after July 1st. We would prefer to rent it furnished but can adjust as needed. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electric, and gas). No smoking in the house and please keep pets off the furniture. Our security deposit is the first months rent.

We will ask each renter to use the Redfin platform for renting the house including their screening and credit check processes.
