There is a double closet in the bedroom, two hallway closets, and an under-stair storage area. There is also a shared full size washer and dryer, and a second patio that is covered for year round BBQ. There are AC, on-site parking spaces and additional off-street parking for guests. Moorage or dock usage will require approval. The apt is near a bus line and is minutes from Hwy 520 and Bellevue, with easy access to I-90 and convenient shopping.
