We have a room with attached bathroom in our newer home outside of Stanwood . This a 2500.00 sq ft rambler built in 2021 . Home sits on a one acre lot , in a quiet gated neighborhood. Your rent includes all utilities except internet. Internet is available, you can either split the cost of our current service (starlink) or you can get your own . Internet here is 120.00 a month , split 3 ways is 40.00 a month. Rent is month to month , 1000.00 plus 1000.00 deposit . We prefer no pets because we have a dog and cat , however if your dog or cat has good house training and can get along with us and our pets we can discuss it . An additional deposit would be required. We are non smokers , so no smoking of any kind on the premises. Light drinker is ok . Parking is available in the driveway. No on street parking.
