The water,internet and garbage collection ONLY ($100 value) are paid by owner for 6mo and 1yr lease! This home comes with fridge, dishwasher, above range microwave, stove, tankless water heater, and a stackable washer/dryer (dryer is making noise though). Dishes, silverware, cookware, air fryer and even a robot vacuum (no bed linens though)It's essentially an air bnb without the fees! A short term lease is possible 3mo @ $1,850 ALL utilities paid by owner. 6mo @ $1,600 and 1yr @ $1,350. The damage deposit is $1,500.
