College View Apartments

College View Apartments have 21 units. There is 18 one bedroom units and 3 two bedroom units, located in two separate buildings. The 2 buildings are of totaly different design and floor plan. The units in the 1010 bld. feature hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings and all appliances (Stove, Ref., Dishwasher and Disposal), all accessing off of a common hallway. The units in the 1020 bld. have plush carpet and vinyl floors, built-in wall oven and built-in cook top along with a refrigerator. They have a split bath where the vanity can be separated from the toilet & tub while in use. They also have a small front porch on every unit.
