This non furnished no smoking or vaping rental with a month to month lease and ONLY available to a single, trust worthy individual, with experience in caring for pets and a few landscape plants when I am out of town which is why I don't charge for any utilities. I spend my time in Tucson usually during the winter and Colorado for a few weeks to a few months at a time in the summer. When I am in Tucson you would not be required to care for the plants or pets. What I require when I am not in Tucson, would be care and interaction with 4 cats inside my home, watering of plants outside that aren't on irrigation and feeding and watering of 3 feral cats that live outdoors. This studio is attached to my living area by a wall, and has its own outside entrance and fenced patio with a gate to my homes landscaped back yard. All utilities, A\C, basic internet and WiFi, and normal household trash service are included in the rent. Utilites normally would run about 200$ per month. I will only rent to a single individual, animal lover who will take care of my 4 cats in the main attached house, which would include feeding, litter boxes and social interaction when I am out of town. This could be up to a few months. You may have an approved pet with a non-refundable pet fee of 100$. This space has air conditioning, a microwave, toaster oven, 4cu refridgerator and bar sink. Located in Northwest Tucson on a cut de sac with off street parking.

The rental has its own fenced patio, private entrance. My washer/dryer and bar-b-que are available to use. First and last rent plus the deposit. NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property! I must have an honest, responsible and trustworthy person!
