Hello all. I am renting a room in my house. I currently live on the top floor (which is the master bedroom) and there is a nursing student that lives in the other room. It is very quiets here and would like to keep it that way. I am a business professional who works full time and otherwise and in my room. The nursing student goes to school full time and is studying so that house is pretty much vacant most of the time.
