We're located right on the Q, and P bus line, allowing everyone convenient transportation around town. The Edge is right around the corner to El Macero Center that includes Nugget Market, Starbucks, and several amazing eateries ranging from pizza to Mexican to Japanese bistro.

Meeting new people in a small rural/suburban town like Davis can be difficult, and The Edge Apartments were designed with this fact in mind. We offer our resident community several amenities to help foster a sense of community and togetherness. With a residential swimming pool and hot tub, poolside cabana, lounge area complete with pool table, basketball court, and BBQ stations, you'll always be able to kick back and relax with good company without leaving the premises. Need a quiet place to work or study for that final exam, book up in our on-site business center/study lounge so you can work in tranquility. Our more active residents can pop into our 24-hour on-site fitness studio for when you want to get a quick workout in between classes. And yes; we are a pet-friendly community!
