This includes a swimming pool & spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a golf course, the clubhouse, and a fitness center! Monthly Lease Rates Oct-Nov $6500.00 Dec $6500.00 ! Jan- March $7000.00!Security Deposit $2500.00! $300 cleaning fee. Dec 2024 to April 9, 2025, have been rented. The owner covers waste management and HOA dues, including landscaping services, Lifestyle Center access, gas, water, internet, and a monthly electrical bill allowance of $300 to offset the cost of heating the pool and spa. The tenant is responsible for paying any electric bill exceeding $300 monthly. The entire house, except for storage cabinets in the garage and the owner's closet in the hallway, will be accessible to tenants. The rent is $6,500 for Oct-Dec and $7,000 for Jan-Mar. A security Deposit of $2,500.00 is required. With the owner's approval, a maximum of two dogs will be permitted with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500.00 per pet.
