Description
1 Hopkins Street
Hi! I am looking to rent a large bedroom with a private bathroom. The home is located in Irvine close to the 5 freeway, and UCI.
What you should know:
House is fully furnished, minus your room.
Fully stocked kitchen (yes you have unlimited access)
Laundry/dryer close to the unit
BBQ / patio set in backyard
Hot tub and pool a short walk from the house.
Parking is always available in the complex at all hours and days of the week.
There hasn't been any pets in the unit for the past 3 years. That being said, I'm cool with having pets.
Overnight guests are fine so long as it doesn't become a live-in situation
You:
Clean, respectful and responsible.
Comfortable with 1265$ + utilities
Month to month lease with security deposit given prior to move in.
