The gourmet kitchen showcases high-end appliances, a spacious breakfast bar, and a dining area for eight, along with a baby/toddler high chair if needed. The elegant master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while two additional bedrooms--one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed--provide comfortable lodging and share a bathroom with an extra deep soak bathtub. Step outside to enjoy a refreshing pool with a Baja area and spa, all shaded by umbrellas and secured with fencing. The outdoor space is meticulously designed for relaxation, offering multiple tranquil spots by the pool and in the grassy backyard, ideal for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, both indoors and outdoors. Other things to note We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises. In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details- we will gladly discuss the possibilities. Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together. There is no pool/spa heater. Utilities are negotiable.
