There is also a private storage unit in the basement of an adjacent building assigned to the unit. The storage unit locks as well as the basement. The unit is approximately 5x3' and full ceiling height.
The condo is walking distance (< 1/2 mile) to the grocery store , multiple restaurants and bars, multiple gyms. Biking distance (~2 miles) to Pearl Street and campus.
I have rented this property on and off over the past 9 years, and can provide tenant references upon request.
Utilities average $55/month over the past 24 months. You don't need to put them in your name; we can add them to monthly rent payments (or as you prefer).
