This South Boulder fully furnished ranch-style home is on 10 acres bordering Boulder's mountain open space and trailheads. The South Boulder Creek trailhead joins the property. From the back deck, you have an unobstructed view of the Flat Irons. The house has a large fenced backyard to throw a ball or a frisbee and a new seven-person hot tub. South Boulder Creek runs through the property. It is 30 minutes from Downtown Denver, 40 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from downtown Boulder. In 2019, we installed new carpet, painted the interior, and replaced furniture throughout the home. In 2021, the exterior has been repainted. There are four bedrooms in the main house, including a master's suite. The mother-in-law suite is separate from the home and great for guests.
