The split floor plan assures privacy, with the master suite located on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms located on the opposite side. Kitchen/Dining Room: Villa Julie's fully equipped kitchen offers an abundance of cookware and utensils for those who enjoy cooking. They share the guest bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combination. Pool/Lanai: A groomed hedgerow surrounds the electric-heated pool for ultimate privacy. The prized southern exposure of the pool provides sun all day long. The lanai offers enough seating for the whole family to relax, float in the pool, or work on their tan in the warm Florida Sunshine. A large flat-screen TV outside completes the experience.
