The standard summer monthly rate from May - September is $5,900/month. Please note that the pool is open during the months of May through September, and closed October through April. Please inquire with your exact desired lease dates. Internet, pest control, landscaping, pool and hot tub services are included in the monthly rent. Utilities (water (sewer, trash), power, gas) are not included and are the responsibility of tenants. They can however be included for an additional monthly charge depending on the lease terms. If you would be renting for 3+ months, then we would execute a standard lease document versus booking online through Airbnb/Vrbo, which eliminates the websites' booking service fees.
