You will enjoy farm living while being conveniently located 25 minutes from Kona Hospital and Kealakekua center, 45 minutes from Kona main town center. The climate is perfect year-round with temperatures ranging from 60s in the evening to 80s in the daytime. There is sun every day and usually a warm rain in the afternoons. Our home is friendly to tenants with pets, cats and dogs, but make sure that your pet doesn't harass or bully the resident cats. In the evening, there are croqi frogs that we have come to find like calming white noise. Note: There are wild turkeys + chickens, thousands of native birds.
