Please note the electricity usage is capped at $400/month, with guests responsible for any excess. Per the zoning laws of Oahu, this home requires a minimum 29-night (or 30-day) rental. 2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in. Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Properties: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping. Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors.
