Welcome to the Beautiful Brassy Cove Loop Apartments Located Near Middleton Rd & Flamingo Ave. These ideally located 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments come with 930-950 sqft., have an open layout and are fully loaded with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave and a full size washer/dryer. The primary bedroom comes with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes an extra deep closet. The kitchen has beautiful wood and plenty of shelving to help keep you organized. Oversized living room w/access to the breakfast bar. Units will include hardwood floors and carpet throughout (some units have been updated to LVP throughout). In addition to the apartment, our clubhouse is perfect for renting out for any special event with a fireplace and plenty of seating. A fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day. There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays a $65 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.
A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $350 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date.

Pet policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $450 non refundable fee per pet. Pet rent for dogs $50/mo. for cats $35/mo. We do not charge deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Please note, select units have pet restrictions, the applicant is to verify all information.
