You will enter through your private exterior door with a keypad for easy entry regardless of when you arrive. The door is back toward the street from your parking spot at the end of the driveway. We have set up the living room with an L shaped couch from West Elm that is perfect for reading, watching tv, or relaxing. It is large enough for a guest to sleep on if necessary. There is a television with various streaming services. We've also set up a small table in front of the window, which makes a lovely spot to eat or work on a computer. The living room connects to the next room through an open doorway. As you come through that door you will see the kitchenette on your left. You have a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and two conduction burners. We keep most of those appliances put away in the cabinets to avoid clutter, but feel free to pull/leave them out during your stay. The dish wear is on floating shelves above the cabinets. Kitchen basics are provided but this is not the right place if you are planning to do extensive cooking. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a comfortable mattress. You have a full sized dresser, as well as a closet with a hanging bar and wooden shelving. The bedroom connects to the bathroom through double pocket doors. There is a large vanity with lots of storage, a bath tub/shower combo with custom tile work, a large hutch, and a full sized stackable washer/dryer, which is found in a small closet within the bathroom. The bedroom windows have black out shades and the living room has custom shutters. There is a mini split in the living room and the bedroom, so you have full climate control. We also have a private indoor storage area available for your additional storage needs for a small fee. Large enough to hold bikes, outdoor equipment, and many boxes.
