MIT and Harvard are very close by. I walk to them every week .
This room is single room with a full single bathroom in a house .Single Exit door to the back yard . free laundry room with everything ,washer and dryer ! It is not an apartment .

we have many diffrence chooise there in a house ,and we have 3 houses side by side together .you have your choise .we do monthly ,you add $300 again ,we cover everthing gas ,wifi,two fast speed wifi for use ,and water and elctric ,gas .(not cover cook stove )

There is a shared kitchen and laundry ,or coffee room / mini kitchen inside the house. There is a big yard in the backyard. The street outside is a one-way street with very low traffic.

The price is the basic price for one room with one single bathroom, If you need more room you can rent more rooms together or rent two rooms that share one bathroom together.

You can choose the furniture or no need. Also you can choose the bedding or not need too. The price will have be different. It is very good for single person rental your own single room with a whole bathroom inside your room. because it likes the hotel rooms. the room door to the corridor and go straight out .

There are Singel room with single bathroom The laundry and coffee room in same unit inside the house for share There has other house next to this unit with no pet or pet fine two choices .
