We are renting out our beautiful condo. It has an open layout living + dining room that opens into the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bonus room (we use it as guest bedroom - love the big closet there). Location: close to everything - restaurants, shops, schools and playgrounds. Bus to Harvard square is around the corner, Mass Pike is easily accessible. Parking: a private parking spot, plus a permit to park on the street if you have more than one car. You'll be living in a 6-condo building, all owner-occupied and lovingly maintained. Important! NOT REALLY for ROOMMATES. Our condo association doesn't allow more than 2 unrelated people per unit. Couple and families welcome!
