Pet Friendly - Monthly Rent

Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per occupant is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.

The total cost of rent is base rent $1,125 plus $10/per person for garbage, and a tech fee $6.95 per account. In addition you are responsible for electricity through xcel energy and we require that you carry liability insurance ($18 through us or you can provide your own liability or renters insurance).
