Renting out a private room on the 2nd floor of our townhome. The room has its own mini walk in closet, its own bathroom, and one window. The room is furnished with a mattress, bed frame, head board, linen, pillows, dresser, TV, and a lamp. My husband and I live in the home, and we are looking for a roomie to live in our extra room. We would love to schedule a meeting with you to see if we are all a good fit for each other. We will conduct an interview and background check to see if you will be a good roommate for us. No pets. No smoking cigarettes, but vaping is allowed. You will get designated a parking spot. We will have a 6 month lease for you to go over and sign. Deal breakers will be listed on the lease.
