We have two separate rooms available, one furnished at $550 per month, and one at $500 per month. A full-size bed, dresser, and nightstand are included. Utilities and Internet are included for all rooms. The property is well maintained, current tenants are long-term. No smoking, no dope, no pets, and no overnights. Quiet hours are kept between 12am - 7am each day, with no exceptions. Rooms are leased on 12-month terms, and one month of security deposit is required.
