This is a short term Rental, Ideal for traveling nurses or business travel! 3 month minimum, and available for 6/9/12 month lease. Fully furnished and spacious room with master bath, large walk-in closet and private keyless entry. Can accommodate 2 people comfortably. Free WIFI/Internet and all utilities included. Very private, quiet and secluded area. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can smoke outside on the deck. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol of any kind allowed on premise, violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. You will have your own private deck with outside TV/Roku and access to Blackstone Grill. Room includes: TV/Roku, bed, couch, kitchen island, silverware, plates/cups, cooking utensils, Pot/Pan, Dorm Fridge, Hot plate, Microwave, and Air Fryer. Bathroom is fully stocked with linens and essentials. No washer/dryer onsite, there is a laundromat 5 mins away. Amenities include: Essentials (Kitchenware Bath ware Linens) Starter toiletries (toilet paper soap shampoo etc.) Kitchen Essentials (plates utensils pots/pans etc.) Starter Kitchen Essentials (dish soap paper towels sponge etc) Smoke Detector Carbon Monoxide Detector Free Parking on Premises Designated Parking space.
