To fill out an application you must first meet the landlord and tour the property in person. All applications must complete the Pet Screening form even if you do not have a pet. Pets must be approved through Pet Screening service at the following link (https://dovehavenproperties.petscreening.com ) before application will be approved. Pet criteria: 2 pets max. Cats allowed must be spayed/neutered with current shots. Dogs must be over 12 months old, must be spayed/neutered, current shots, and owner would like to meet dogs before application. Snake habitats/aquariums will not be allowed. Pet Deposit is $500 per pet. An application fee of $55 will be required for a background check and is not refundable if you are denied. No Smoking allowed, Renters Insurance is required, Parking will be in the driveway. Lawn maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant. The property will be available as early as June 1, 2024. The lease term will expire May 31, 2025. Option to renew will be determined at the end of the lease. Tenant will be responsible for providing water, electricity, and trash. Burning on property is not allowed. This property is managed by a landlord using Avail landlord software.
