Our apartments give you just enough space to rest and relax, while the efficiency kitchen gives you just enough space to prepare your essentials. We have both lofted and studio spaces, and many of our apartments have balconies.

The close proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's make it easy to grab all of your essentials. Plus, with the Rapid Ride bus just around the corner, getting to downtown Seattle is a breeze. The building also offers high speed WiFi and a common laundry area for your convenience. Come experience all that this great part of the city has to offer!

2. $40 Application fee
3. Move in costs are security deposit and first month rent
4. Utilities billed at cost, currently $103/m (additional 50% charge per tenant above one)
5. Tenant Benefit Package for $39 covers WiFi, insurance waiver, and POSITIVE credit building
6. No parking on site but plenty in the street nearby or in neighboring garages

Optional Charges:
- Dog rent: $45/m (no deposit)
- Cat rent: $25/m (no deposit)

-650 minimum credit score
-Income must be 3 x the monthly rent
