Briarwood Apartments welcomes you to the rustic Tenney-Lapham neighborhood. Briarwood is made up of four buildings nestled in a cozy square. Our community caters to a variety of needs with six floor plans to choose from. Whether you have a busy life in the Capitol, are looking to enjoy the "off-campus" life as a student, or are simply looking for a home to enjoy the quiet side Madison then we are positive that you will enjoy calling our neighborhood your new home.

We generously include a free underground parking space and a large outdoor lot for parking of additional vehicles, and each building features on site laundry with coin or app operated machines.

Our community welcomes pets and features our private BriarWoof dog park for residents and their furry friends to enjoy (Grand Opening May 2023). Dog walkers will also be pleased by our pet stations located around the property.

Our residents enjoy relaxation and fun in the sun without gated pool area.
